1. How do I know my size?

Since we do not offer exchanges for sizing errors, we recommend checking the Size Guide provided on each product page. Our fits may vary between “Oversized” and “Standard,” so please measure a shirt you already own and compare it to our chart before buying.

2. When will my order ship?

• Standard Drops: Orders are typically processed and handed over to the courier within 2–4 business days.
• Pre-orders: If an item is a pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated in the product description.
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS.

3. How long does delivery take within Sri Lanka?

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

• Colombo & Suburbs: 1–2 business days.
• Outstation: 3–5 business days. Please note that delays by the courier service are out of our control.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we process orders quickly to get them to you, we cannot cancel or change an order (size, address, or item) once it has been placed. Please double-check everything at checkout!

5. What is your Return Policy?

All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our drops, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Please refer to our [Refund & Exchange Policy] for full details.

6. My tracking says “Delivered” but I don’t have my package. What do I do?

Areu clo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the courier confirms delivery. We recommend:

1. Checking with family members or security at your premises.
2. Contacting the courier company immediately with your tracking number.

7. Do you restock sold-out items?

Most of our pieces are limited edition and will not be restocked once they are gone. This ensures the exclusivity of your piece. Follow our Instagram to stay updated on new drops!

8. How should I wash my Areu clo garments?

To keep your prints and fabric looking fresh:

• Wash inside out in cold water.
• Do not tumble dry (hang dry only).
• Do not iron directly on the print/graphics.
