1. Our Exchange & Store Credit Window

To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask that all return or exchange requests be initiated within 7 days of your delivery date. Requests made after this period may unfortunately not be eligible for processing.

2. Condition of Merchandise

To qualify for store credit or an exchange, items must remain in their original, pristine condition:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be free from any signs of wear, including scents, makeup, or pet hair.
  • Original Packaging: All tags and original packaging must be included.
  • Integrity: The garment must maintain its original structure as received.

3. Guidance on Sizing & Silhouette

Our collection is thoughtfully designed with a signature boxy, oversized silhouette and dropped shoulders. To preserve the intended aesthetic of the brand, we strongly advise against sizing down. We recommend comparing your personal measurements specifically the shoulder width against our size guide to ensure the perfect fit before requesting an exchange or credit.

4. Inventory & Exclusive Drops

Please note that while many of our core pieces are restocked, certain exclusive drops are produced in limited quantities. Because some items may not be restocked once sold out, we offer store credit so you may select a different piece from a future collection if your preferred size is unavailable for exchange.

5. How to Initiate a Request

To begin your return for store credit or an exchange, please contact our team on WhatsApp 0762840044 with your order number.

  • Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a digital store credit via email. This credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase at Areu Clo.
  • Exchanges: If you would like a different size or style, please specify this in your request. We will reserve your replacement item if it is currently in stock.

6. Shipping & Handling

  • Return Shipping: Unless an item arrives damaged, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original Shipping: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
