Thank you for shopping with Areu clo. Because we work with limited inventory and exclusive drops, we have established the following policy regarding returns and exchanges.
1. General Policy
Due to the limited nature of our collections, all sales are final. * We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing errors, or personal preference.
- We strongly encourage you to review our size guides and product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Incorrect or Defective Orders
We strive for perfection, but if we’ve made a mistake, we are committed to fixing it. If you receive the wrong item (size, color, or design) or a damaged product, the following options apply:
- Free Exchange: We will replace the item with the correct one at no additional cost to you, subject to stock availability.
- Returns for Store Credit: If the correct item is out of stock, you may return the incorrect item for Store Credit equivalent to your Total Paid Amount (Item Price + Original Delivery Fee).
Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for an exchange or store credit, items must meet the following criteria:
- Must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- Must be returned only after contacting our team and receiving approval.
- Note: Packages sent back to us without prior communication and approval will not be accepted.
3. How to Resolve an Issue
