Welcome to Areu clo. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms protect both you as a customer and us as a brand.

1. General Conditions & Eligibility

Minimum Age: By using this site and purchasing our products, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly sell to minors without parental consent.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Your use of this site is at your sole risk.

2. Product Availability & “Drops”

Exclusivity: Our products are released in limited “drops.” Items added to your cart are not reserved and may sell out before you complete your checkout.
Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will reflect the exact color of the physical product.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a collection at any time.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in Sri Lanka.

4. Shipping & Liability (Lost or Stolen Packages)

We take great care in packaging your order, but once a package leaves our facility and is handed to the courier (e.g., Grasshoppers, Pronto, or Aramex), the carrier assumes full responsibility for its delivery.

Carrier Responsibility: Areu clo is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Delivered Status: If your tracking information confirms that the package was “Delivered” but you have not received it, we cannot provide a replacement or a refund. We recommend contacting the courier service immediately to file a claim.
Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.

5. Final Sale & Returns

As outlined in our Refund & Exchange Policy:

Due to the limited nature of our inventory, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors.
For defective or incorrect items, you must contact us via WhatsApp (0762840044) within 7 days of delivery.

6. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property (designs, logos, and photos).
To resell Areu clo products for commercial gain without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Areu clo shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the product paid.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
